Ivan and crew did an incredible job. They were very flexible, accommodating, and knowledgeable. Scope of work I had done: Mini split for second floor 2 heads Fix imbalance in room temps cap off second floor vents for mini split added addition vent He was able to Identify the vent that fed the second floor without needing to open any walls and cap it at the furnace. Also all of the rooms are now equal temps and are much more comfortable. He also fixed a ton of previously done improper work by the previous owner. Work was very well done and they did a great job cleaning up. There was a mixup where the warehouse shipped the wrong part and Ivan handled it very well and got me an upgrade at the same price. I had a few quotes and Ivan came in at the best price. Also when he came out to do the quote it was not a high pressure sales or trying to upsell me on anything like multiple other companies. He also was the only one that took the time to identify the issues instead of trying to make a sales pitch. He was always on time or early and final price matched the quote with no surprises. I live in an apartment inside a very old building, and my HVAC unit went out back in May. On a Saturday with an impending heat wave, I called the number and Ivan, much to my happy surprise, picked up. Everyone else I called I had to leave a voicemail, but not Ivan.
